1. Import 3D Model

Upload your part geometry directly into the CHARMILLES CAD/CAM software. The system accurately maps the 3D surface to ensure precise texture placement across even the most complex geometries.

2. Import greyscale image

elect or design your texture pattern as a greyscale image and import it into the software. Light and dark values define the depth and structure of the final surface texture with full digital control.

3. Apply texture on 3D surface

The software automatically wraps the texture pattern across the 3D geometry with seamless patch alignment. Preview and adjust placement, scaling, and depth before any material is removed.

4. Process surface with Laser

The CHARMILLES laser executes the texturing operation with micron-level precision — fully digital, contact-free, and consistent across every part.
